Quality cast aluminum outdoor furniture is the result of old world craftsmanship combined with state of the art finishing techniques. Designs are hand carved in wood which is used to create the individual molds. The molds can be wonderfully decorative allowing incredibly detailed designs. Molten aluminum is hand poured into the molds, and the resulting casting is hand polished. A strong baked on powder coat finish is then applied.
