Now, let’s get down to business. Because the weather is turning warm here in the Pacific Northwest. We’re entering prime bridal shower season when a party on the patio is perfect. And, there are drinks to be made!

Bridal Shower Bellini Bar Fixings

Rhubarb + Strawberry Puree
Peach + Mango Puree
Prosecco
Club Soda
Glasses
Ice
Mint and Sliced Fruit (for garnish)

Arrange your Bellini Bar on a tall table. Neatly arrange the glasses in one corner. Place each puree in its own bottle and set them in the middle of the table. Nestle an ice bucket beside them. Place the Prosecco and club soda on the far left with mint and slice fruit.

Rhubarb + Strawberry Puree

1 Cup Rhubarb, diced
½ cup sugar
1 cup strawberries, stems removed
Sprinkle of salt
Honey (as needed)

In a medium saucepan, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 TBS water. Simmer on low until rhubarb has begun to break down and soften. Remove from heat and allow rhubarb to cool completely.

Add rhubarb, strawberries, and a sprinkle of salt to a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey as desired.

 

Peach + Mango Puree

1 Cup Peaches
1 Cup Mango
Sprinkle of salt
Honey (as needed)

Add peaches, mango, and salt to a clean blender. Process until smooth. Taste and add honey as desired.
